Architects of Africa’s Sustainable Future At the heart of ICCDI–Africa’s mission is the unwavering conviction that youth and women are not just stakeholders in climate action—they are its most powerful drivers of change. For too long, development narratives have positioned these groups as passive beneficiaries. We are actively flipping that script. We invest in leadership development, mentorship, and capacity-building programs that give young people and women the skills, resources, and platforms to lead. Our work is grounded in the reality that when you empower a woman, you empower a community; when you empower a youth leader, you secure the future.
At the International Climate Change Development Initiative (ICCDI-Africa), we are building a climate-smart generation by identifying local realities, engaging stakeholders, and co-developing sustainable solutions to secure Africa’s future.
